EU’s top diplomat urges ‘political courage’ in Kosovo-Serbia talks

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic and Kosovan Prime Minister Avduallah Hoti were joined by the European Union's foreign affairs chief Josep Borrell alongside other European diplomats and political leaders in the hope of reaching a compromise solution and normalizing their relations on the long term.
